Euro Jet Romania Ready for EU Summit

Euro Jet is ready to support your flights related to the “Future of Europe Summit,” which will take place this May 9, 2019 in Sibiu, Romania.

Romania, the host country, currently presides over the Council of the European Union until the end of June 2019. Sibiu, located 300 kilometers northwest of Romania’s capital city, Bucharest, was selected because it is the hometown of Romania’s president and former Sibiu mayor, Klaus Iohannis. The main conference and press events will be held in tents located downtown, while the Sibiu City Hall will host events related to the summit. 

Sibiu has its own international airport (LRSB/SBZ) which annually serves almost 700,000 commercial passengers. Private or diplomatic flights related to the event will be prioritized by Sibiu airport during the summit, however, we recommend you apply for slots as soon as possible.
