Euro Jet Appoints New Bulgaria Country Manager

Euro Jet, the leading provider of ground support services in Europe and Central Asia, is pleased to announce the appointment of Dimitar Bachvarov as Country Manager for Bulgaria.

In his new role, Dimitar will lead Euro Jet’s Bulgaria based team of aviation professionals located at every major airport in Bulgaria, including the capital city of Sofia, Varna, Burgas, Plovdiv and Gorna Oryahovitsa.

Dimitar has worked with Euro Jet for 16 years, where has assisted with our Sofia operation. Prior to taking the position as Euro Jet’s Bulgaria Country Manager, he worked as a Supervisor in Sofia Airport’s Flight Operations department. Dimitar has worked his way up the ranks at the airport, starting out as a baggage coordinator and even working as an inflight security agent on flights to Tel Aviv.

Dimitar speaks fluent English, German and Bulgarian. He studied in both Bulgaria and Germany. He is married with two kids and lives in Sofia.
