Euro Jet, one of the world’s leading providers of flight support services, is currently looking to fill position of ‘Senior Data Specialist’ in our Data management department based in Prague, Czech Republic.

Responsibilities

• Defining the Information system content requirements in accordance with the company operational and business strategy needs
• Defining the data formats and data models
• Responsible for conceptual Information system architecture
• Creating the operational manuals ensuring the quality of the data flow and provision of the Information operations oversight
• Implementing changes in daily data operations, information content and data formats upon consultation with company managers and relevant employees
• Resolving Data operational problems related to the Information system content and the data quality
• Analysis and implementation of external data and searching for the business relevant data sources
• Oversight over the clean-up and maintenance of the inherited data
• Communication with the other departments regarding the Information system relevant issues, data storage and data provision requirements
• Responsible for data integrity and consistency
• Actively participating in the internal software development (business requirement gathering, requirement validation and acceptation testing)
• Participating on training of new employees
• Analyzing the practical and business requirements of the tasks as executed by other departments and preparing and formulating the company intelligence

Qualifications & Expectations

• Fluent English in word and writing;
• Basic level of Czech/Slovak language as an asset
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
• Experience in aviation business as an asset
• An ideal candidate shall possess high level of attention to details
