10 Nomad Questions for Andrey Lim

This year, the World Nomad Games will take place from September 2–8, 2018. We are fascinated by this event, the Nomadic People, Yurt Villages, and the town of Cholpon-Ata, and lake Issyk-Kul. We could not think of anyone better for this interview than our Regional Manager for the CIS Region (which includes Kyrgyzstan), Mr. Andrey Lim. READ ARTICLE

10 Formula One Questions for Peter Pazurek

At Euro Jet, July is not exactly the vacation month as it is our busiest month of the year. Our flights span everything from summer charters to film and music festivals, and even governmental summits. This requires our OCC team to shift into the highest gear in order to keep up as fast as possible with all the flight requests. And then there are sporting events that take place every year. These are events that we love to support from start to finish. One of them is the Hungarian Grand Prix which occurs at the Budapest Hungaroring from Friday, July 27 to Sunday, July 29, 2018. Our team on the ground supporting our customer’s flights for this event is our Budapest duo of Peter and Akos – Peter Pazurek is the Country Manager for Hungary and Akos Gotz is the Ground Service Coordinator at Budapest’s Ferenc Liszt International Airport. We asked Peter 10 Questions about the event and what you should know when planning your flight to Budapest for the Hungarian Grand Prix. READ ARTICLE

10 Last Minute World Cup Questions for Paul & Marina

On June 14, the biggest global sporting event of the year kicked off in the Russian Federation. For the next month, 11 airports throughout Russia will be busy handling World Cup related flights. Besides increased traffic in commercial flights, Euro Jet is also seeing a steep rise in business aviation flights as well. Limited options and high charges for ground services, such as parking, can pose a challenge, especially when you are making last minute arrangements for your customer. READ ARTICLE

EBACE – Looking Back on 10 Years of Progress

For the purposes of full disclosure, while Euro Jet has participated in EBACE for the last 10 years, I will have only attended 6 out of the last 10 shows. Not too shabby and hopefully it qualifies me enough to reflect on my previous experiences at the show. READ ARTICLE

10 Questions for Olga Fedorchenko / UEFA Champions League Final

Kiev is gearing up for what is expected to be one of the most important events of the year – the UEFA Champions League Final on May 26, 2018. Euro Jet is ready to offer a full range of support to flights flying into Kiev for the event. At Euro Jet we have someone who manages them all – our famous (at least among customers) Ukraine Country Manager Olga Fedorchenko. She is a strong, determined, and very hands-on woman who has run the Euro Jet Ukraine operation since the beginning. She has coordinated our customers’ flights and managed our Euro Jet teams located at all Ukrainian airports through times when Ukraine was a popular destination and also through the more difficult periods. We sat down with Olga to ask her about flights to Kiev during the Champions League Final and other aspects of our customers' flights that one might not realize plus much more. READ ARTICLE

10 Questions for Nikolay Dimitrov / Bulgarian EU Presidency

Bulgaria has been the center of European politics since January, as it became the presiding country of the Council of the European Union. We could not be more thrilled to promote Bulgaria where we have our people stationed at all major airports. While the seat of the EU Council is in Brussels, Belgium, where most of the key meetings take place, Bulgaria’s capital has been hosting many events and will be welcoming state officials until the end of the Bulgaria presidency on July 31, 2018. We asked our amazing Country Manager for Bulgaria, Nikolay Dimitrov, who has been very busy managing a lot projects and flights since the beginning of the year, about the specifics of supporting diplomatic flights. Lourenco: He’s got ya covered with a Peri-Peri Pizza Pie in Prague

Before I first spoke with Paul Lourenco regarding the position of OCC Manager at Euro Jet, I had assumed he was born and raised in Portugal. Needless to say, I was pleasantly surprised when someone with a perfect New Jersey-American accent greeted me on the other line. READ ARTICLE
