The Euro Jet Agent Global Forum: Let Pros Play On.
I love music.
I don’t care if it is Pop, Country, Hip Hop, Rap, Jazz, Blues, Classical, or Bollywood. I love it all.
Have you ever wondered what makes good music?
For me personally, I just know it when I hear it.
Music is the single most powerful thing that connects all people, regardless of their background.
I have never met anyone who doesn’t love some sort of music.
It is a universal language.
Like any artistic expression, a musician is always striving to achieve perfection and create the perfect sounding piece.
Last week in Prague, Euro Jet held its “Global Network Forum” that welcomed 85 lead agents and headquarters staff representing over 20 key countries in Europe and Asia.
During the week, agents participated in intensive training courses that provided continuing development in safety procedures, new rules and regulations, and customer service. This included a full days worth of training from aviation experts Ron Jackson and John Enticknap of Aviation Business Strategies Group. We highly recommend them for future presentations!
For many of our company veterans this training reviewed years of experience, but also provided new material for them. My years in aviation have taught me that it is a constant learning experience.
How awesome it was to have agents from Kyrgyzstan, Georgia, Macedonia, Bulgaria, Estonia and other countries 99 percent of the world has never heard of all gathered in the same room.
Our agent Robert taught me about Macedonian history (and American history for that matter), Eduard described to me the ancient city of Kutaisi in the country of Georgia, and Eugenius our agent in Vlinius and I made the connection that we both have grandparents born in the same small village in Lithuania. And in between all that I learned about how Euro Jet has revolutionized the ground support industry in Europe and Asia. We have taken service to a level that reflects a standard even higher than Western FBOs.
Agents described to me how much detail they pay to each and every flight. I heard about expedited check-in and customs, getting ramp access, ensuring the catering is truly VIP, and being available 24/7 even when the airport is closed.
Though my favorite part is when we get to have the guys from Slovenia talking to the team from Croatia, comparing notes. When the Slovakians chat with the Romanians and so on.
Nothing is more valuable than having two experts meet and share ideas so that they can ultimately make their operation that much better.
Aviation is the other universal language.
It reminded me of top musicians coming together and discussing their craft.
These are a passionate group of individuals who like top musicians have worked over the years at perfecting their product; our on-the-ground operation.
So now as my team begins our 2015 sales, we have never been more eager to educate and promote this truly VIP operation.
Once you experience it, you will know you like it.
Now that is music to my ears.
Editor's Note: THANK YOU to all who attended our Euro Jet Global Forum last week. As someone who constantly has to promote the work you are doing, there is no better feeling than knowing you all are genuinely fine people who really care about VIP aviation service. THANK YOU AGAIN.
